Artistic organization ON/A

Founded in 2019 by Ida Jolić and Marin Lemić, ON/A is an artistic organization dedicated to both artistic creation and educational programs. Despite its relatively young age, ON/A has quickly gained national recognition, achieving significant visibility and success in a short period. The organization operates through two key pillars: 1/ Artistic-Creative Work – Developing and producing contemporary dance performances, and 2/ Educational Programs – Offering training and workshops for both dance professionals and the wider public.

ON/A’s productions have received multiple awards and nominations: the performance "Transformers 1" won two awards from the Croatian dance associations UPUH and UPPU Puls in 2019 - for Best Performance (Ida Jolić) and Best Choreography (Ida Jolić & Marin Lemić) - and in 2020 Croatian Theatre Award for the Best Male Performer (Marin Lemić)

ON/A is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Media, the City of Zagreb, and the Kultura Nova Foundation.

Management & Production with IM industries

Since its founding in 2019, IM industries has provided continuous management and production oversight for ON/A, ensuring the strategic development and stability of the organization .
