IslanDance

IslanDance is a contemporary dance manifestation. The project emerged in 2020 during the pandemic, as a response to the limitations of performing in closed venues and as part of the founders’ long-standing vision to activate the islands of the Zadar archipelago through artistic engagement—a region deeply connected to their roots.

By reimagining the relationship between dance, nature, and community, IslanDance transforms non-traditional performance spaces into artistic platforms, bringing contemporary dance closer to island communities through artistic residencies, performances and various activities.

IM industries' Role in IslanDance

IM industries works closely with Artistic organization ON/A in the realization of IslanDance, providing creative production and management support. This collaboration ensures the successful execution of the manifestation’s artistic vision while strengthening its long-term sustainability and impact. Through this partnership, the project continues to elevate artistic engagement in unique coastal settings, fostering stronger connections between contemporary dance and local communities.
