ABOUT

Based in Croatia, IM industries was founded by Ivan Mrdjen to develop, manage, and support initiatives within the cultural and creative sector. With extensive experience in project development and management, IM industries has been involved in a broad range of activities, from producing theatre performances and coordinating performing arts festivals to shaping EU-funded initiatives, national programs, and providing long-term strategic leadership for organizations and independent entities.

IM industries evolved from Spotlight (2017–2024), a company co-founded by Ivan Mrdjen and Tena Bošnjaković, building upon its foundation in cultural management and project development. This foundation has contributed to the company’s comprehensive understanding of cultural management and project development, allowing for a tailored and dynamic approach to each collaboration.
